This privacy statement and all the notifications in regard Mexintel.com and Mexintel, LLC.

Notice to all proprietors of personal data not included in public access sources, not public domain, and held by Mexintel.com and Mex Intel, LLC based in San Antonio, TX.

You are hereby informed that your data, including sensitive information, that we / now or in the future have in our databases, and systems, shall be treated and/or used by: “Mexintel” and/or third parties that, by nature of their jobs or positions need to handle and/or use your data; to fulfill such obligations as are derived from the legal relation between you, as proprietor of said personal data, and the businesses mentioned herein.

“Mexintel” can transfer personal data in its databases or system to any business related to”Mexintel.com”, including third parties, domestic or foreign, except when the proprietors of said data expressly state their opposition, as per provisions in the “Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares” (Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals).

You, as holder of personal data, shall exercise the right to Access, Ratify, cancel, and oppose, as conferred by Law, beginning on January 6, 2012, in the understanding that requests regarding the right to Access, Ratify, and Cancel shall be presented at “Mexintel’s” physical address mentioned herein, in the case of requests regarding the right to oppose, they shall be sent to our email help@mexintel.com.

All inquiries sent to “Mexintel” shall include the Name and address of the person inquiring, as well as the address or other means to communicate a response to such inquiry. A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you will exercise the rights conferred by Law.

Any element or document that facilitates the location of said personal data. Official documents as proof of identification of holder. “Mexintel” reserves the right to change, modify, complement, and/or alter this notice at any time, in which case you shall be informed through any of the means established by law.

“Mexintel” is linked to a member of the “ASOCIACIÓN MEXICANA DE INFORMADORES COMERCIALES A.C”. (Mexican Association of Commercial Informants, A.C.), “AMIC”, so any complaint regarding your data and related “Mexintel” or non-compliance with its ethics code [ www.amic.org.mx/codigodeetica.html ], may be submitted to said association at their web page www.amic.org.mx and to the following link: http://www.amic.org.mx/contactos.html.

Legal Framework

Our algorithm automatically integrates Mexican PUBLIC INFORMATION as stipulated in Section 18, Part II, second paragraph of the Transparency and Access to Mexican Governmental Public Information Act, (Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública Gubernamental) which means and constitutes public information not deemed confidential as it is in Public Records or sources of public access as are the Judicial Bulletins.

Information in Mexintel’s reports is in accordance with provisions stipulated in Section 14, Part VII of the Mexican Federal Copyright Act. (Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor).

Mexintel’s legal framework is also within stipulations in articles 6, 8 of the Mexican Constitution and article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, dated December 10, 1948.
